60 MINUTE SESSION OPTIONS

Full Sessions

At 60 minutes in length, these plans allow for deep dives into your training.

 

I recommend Full Sessions for thorough skill acquisition sessions, sessions focused on two similar goals, skills where you want a lead warm-up, strength training sessions, and act-creation meetings.

You may per a session with Single Sessions or purchase a Bundle Plan of your choosing. Bundle plans reduce the cost per session to make long-term coaching more affordable. 

Your Options:

SINGLE-SESSION PLAN

Each session is $70. You pay for each session individually.

5 PACKAGE BUNDLE PLAN

Flat rate of $325. You pay for this plan upfront and schedule your sessions individually.

10 PACKAGE BUNDLE PLAN

Flat rate of $600. You pay for this plan upfront and schedule your sessions individually.

30 MINUTE SESSION OPTIONS

Half Sessions

At 30 minutes in length, these plans are great for getting right into a single goal.

Half Sessions work best for:

1. Skills you don't yet have the endurance for a full session with such as technical spinning/ spin tolerance or strength sessions for new skill acquisition.

2. Skills you are working on polishing, thus don't need a guided warm-up for.

You have the option of paying per session with Single Sessions or purchasing a Bundle Plan of your choosing. Bundle plans reduce the cost per session overall to make long-term coaching more affordable. 

Your Options:

SINGLE-SESSION PLAN

Each session is $40. You pay for each session individually.

5 PACKAGE BUNDLE PLAN

Flat rate of $175. You pay for the plan upfront and schedule your sessions individually.

10 PACKAGE BUNDLE PLAN

Flat rate of $300. You pay for the plan upfront and schedule your sessions individually.

Free Consultation

Have questions about which session durration is right for your goals and needs? Book a consulation free of charge to discuss one-on-one with me. (Coaching is not given durring these consulations)

Pick your Bundle

Select a Bundle or Single Session Plan and your session durration as fit by your needs.

Book your Session

For session bundles, you will be lead to purchase the bundle then select your session dates/times. You will be able to reschedule your session untill 24 hours before the booking.
