Whether you are trying to get your first flair or your first re-catch, start training like the athlete you are by learning how to use and control all parts of your core. This comprehensible program makes sure to include explosive and rotational strengths, the two most commonly forgotten movements that make or break your progress.
Session Structure and Frequency:
Each session is expected to take about 45 minutes with an included warm-up. You will be led through one primary strength set (this is where the full-body high-intensity training happens) and one accessory set (where we work on specific points of potential weakness).
Gym/Equipment Needs:
No gym-specific background knowledge is needed for these programs, as all exercises come with video demonstration and additional "how-to" notes. You will need to have access to free weights heavy enough to challenge you, a cable machine/resistance band, and a bar/apparatus you can hang from!
