Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling your Session: You may reschedule your session up to twenty-four hours before your booked appointment free of charge. Cancelations: You may cancel your session at any time prior to the booked appointment. If you cancel your session within twenty-four hours of your booked appointment, you will still be charged for your missed session. If I need to cancel the session within twenty-four hours of your booked appointment, you will not be charged for the session. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, contact me as soon as possible for alternatives to this policy. No-show and Late-show: If you do not show up for your booked appointment, you will be charged for your session. If you are late to your session, the session will still end at its scheduled time, regardless of how much time you may have missed. Make-up sessions are not offered. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, contact me as soon as possible for alternatives to this policy. By booking, you are agreeing to these policies.
